Please note that online registration<\/strong> and payment of registration<\/strong> can be done until September 20, 2026<\/strong>. As of this date, those wishing to attend the congress should register directly at the conference venue and the only payment method will be in cash.<\/p>\n

The registration fee can be paid in dollars, euros<\/b>, or soles<\/b> (the latter only for residents of Peru). You can pay in dollars<\/b> via PayPal<\/b> or by credit card<\/b> (if your card allows payments in dollars). Payment in soles<\/b> can only be made via bank transfer<\/b> to the account specified when you select that payment method during registration.\u00a0Please note that \u201cMembers of Partner Organizations\u201d<\/strong> refers to members of associations, psychological associations, or professional organizations in general, or any other professional who belongs to an organization that has agreed to help promote the conference. A person can register for the conference as an APICSA member (if not already a member) by selecting the option \u201cBecome an APICSA member\u201d<\/strong> and paying the membership fee at the same time of the registration.\u00a0You can only register for any of the workshops<\/b> if you also<\/b> register for the conference.\u00a0Some other frequently asked questions about conference registration are answered in the section titled \u201cFAQs\u201d<\/strong> (under the \u201cInformation<\/strong>\u201d tab).<\/p>\n<\/div>

Membership to APICSA if you are attending the congress<\/h4>\n

APICSA annual fee<\/p>\n

If you become a member of APICSA at the same time you register for the congress, the price to pay for membership will be 25 euros \/ 29 dollars<\/strong> \/ 95 soles<\/strong> (professionals) and 20 euros \/ 23 dollars<\/strong> \/ 70 soles<\/strong> (undergraduate and graduate students) and will be entitled to attend, free of charge, online courses and seminars (webinars<\/i>) held from October 2026 through October 2027. You will also have free access to the APICSA Newsletter, which will be published on its website.<\/p>\n

The registration fees includes admission to the congress, documentation (identifier and proceedings of the congress) and the attendance certificate.<\/p>\n

Students must send by e-mail (to apicsacongreso@msn.com) a copy of the current enrollment to a University or of a valid university ID.<\/p>\n<\/div>
