The Ibero-American Psychological Association of Clinical and Health issues (APICSA) is an association that was founded with the idea of bringing closer together psychologists and other Ibero American professionals studying or working in the areas of Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology from a behavioral or cognitive-behavioral perspective.
