Please note that online registration and payment of registration can be done until September 20, 2026. As of this date, those wishing to attend the congress should register directly at the conference venue and the only payment method will be in cash.

Please note that “Members of Partner Organizations” refers to members of associations, psychological associations, or professional organizations in general, or any other professional who belongs to an organization that has agreed to help promote the conference. All participants may register either without attending the dinner (by default) or by attending it. The price of the dinner is 45 dollars / 40 euros, and the venue will be announced in due course. A person can register for the conference as an APICSA member (if not already a member) by selecting the option “Become an APICSA member” and paying the membership fee at the same time of the registration. Some other frequently asked questions about conference registration are answered in the section titled “FAQs” (under the “Information” tab).

Membership to APICSA if you are attending the congress

APICSA annual fee

If you become a member of APICSA at the same time you register for the congress, the price to pay for membership will be 39 dollars / 35 euros (professionals) and 29 dollars / 25 euros (undergraduate and graduate students) and will be entitled to attend, free of charge, all online courses and seminars (webinars) held from October 2026 through October 2027. You will also have free access to the APICSA Newsletter, which will be published on its website.

The registration fees includes admission to the congress, documentation (identifier and proceedings of the congress) and the attendance certificate.

Students must send by e-mail (to apicsacongreso@msn.com) a copy of the current enrollment to a University or of a valid university ID.
