Please note that online registration and payment of the registration fee can be completed until September 30, 2026. After this date, those wishing to attend the conference must register directly at the event venue, and the only accepted form of payment will be cash. With the much lower new prices, PLACES ARE LIMITED, so we suggest you register as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss out. With these new prices, no printed materials will be provided, but you will receive the conference proceedings in digital format.
Registration fees can be paid in dollars, euros, or soles (the latter only for residents of Peru). You can pay in euros or dollars via PayPal or credit card (if your card allows payments in euros or dollars). Payment in soles can only be made via bank transfer to the account specified when you select that payment method during registration.

Membership to APICSA if you are attending the congress
APICSA annual fee
If you become a member of APICSA at the same time you register for the congress, the price to pay for membership will be 25 euros / 29 dollars / 95 soles (professionals) and 20 euros / 23 dollars / 70 soles (undergraduate and graduate students) and will be entitled to attend, free of charge, online courses and seminars (webinars) held from October 2026 through October 2027. You will also have free access to the APICSA Newsletter, which will be published on its website.
The registration fees includes admission to the congress, documentation (identifier and proceedings of the congress) and the attendance certificate.
Students must send by e-mail (to apicsacongreso@msn.com) a copy of the current enrollment to a University or of a valid university ID.
