Please note that online registration and payment of registration can be done until September 20, 2026. As of this date, those wishing to attend the congress should register directly at the conference venue and the only payment method will be in cash.
The registration fee can be paid in dollars, euros, or soles (the latter only for residents of Peru). You can pay in dollars via PayPal or by credit card (if your card allows payments in dollars). Payment in soles can only be made via bank transfer to the account specified when you select that payment method during registration. Please note that “Members of Partner Organizations” refers to members of associations, psychological associations, or professional organizations in general, or any other professional who belongs to an organization that has agreed to help promote the conference. All participants may register either without attending the dinner (by default) or by attending it. The price of the dinner is 45 dollars / 40 euros (or the equivalent in soles), and the venue will be announced in due course. A person can register for the conference as an APICSA member (if not already a member) by selecting the option “Become an APICSA member” and paying the membership fee at the same time of the registration. You can only register for any of the workshops if you also register for the conference. Membership to APICSA if you are attending the congress
APICSA annual fee
If you become a member of APICSA at the same time you register for the congress, the price to pay for membership will be 35 euros / 39 dollars / 140 soles (professionals) and 25 euros / 29 dollars / 100 soles (undergraduate and graduate students) and will be entitled to attend, free of charge, online courses and seminars (webinars) held from October 2026 through October 2027. You will also have free access to the APICSA Newsletter, which will be published on its website.
The registration fees includes admission to the congress, documentation (identifier and proceedings of the congress) and the attendance certificate.
Students must send by e-mail (to apicsacongreso@msn.com) a copy of the current enrollment to a University or of a valid university ID.
